When I open my Notes app, it continuously opens into a sub folder instead the main folder. Looking for ideas on how to get it to open in main Notes App Main Screen

I have an iPhone 8plus. and have tried rebooting and even deleted and redowbloaded, but can’t think of another way as of yet. Any ideas?
