Blocking Gambling sites

hi, I know this question will have been asked before but i Really need to know what apple are doing to help protect problem gamblers like myself. I have just bought Gambian which uses a VPN to block all sites but you can just click off the connect in demand button (uninstall) and your back in the the sites. Surely there must be a way to do this in 2018?? Fors anyone have any answer or a way round. I know you can disable safari and get other browsers but they are no where near as good as safari. But if that the only option then I may have to just do that. Thanks
