updating credit card info

Time to update my credit card information. Only thing, I'm using a Bank of America card but I live in Israel. My billing address is Israel and there's no issue using the card itself here. But, Apple is not letting me update the card information b/c it's not an Israeli credit card. Anybody know how to get around this? I just want to renew my Playbook app.....😕

It will take 1 week or so to get a new card and PIN number, so I tried to change my card to the one I have in my home country just for this period. But seems I cannot change the card to another one in other country. What if Apple sends me an invoice and cannot charge any from my current credit card during that period?

I can't add my credit card Hello, I am honestly super frustrated currently. I wanted to purchase an app from the App Store but I have only a bit over 1 Euro on my Apple ID. When I try to add funds or add my credit card, apple keeps declining my credit card. I suppose it is because my ID is set on Germany but I live in Switzerland now and bc of that also my credit card has a Swiss billing address. However, since I have a bit over an Euro on my ID, I also can't change my country/region to reflect the new, Swiss billing address. I called apple support but they are not helpful at all and didn't know what to do. So any ideas on what I can do now? Honestly didn't expect such a crappy customer support from apple. This is kind of ridiculous.
