Apple GiveBack Eligibility
So, I have two old MacBook Pros which I want to replace, but I’m not sure whether they qualify for and credit with the GiveBack scheme (UK).
- 2010
- It turns on, can’t get to login screen (stalls at Apple logo), but WILL load into single-user mode and the recovery mode.
- Also I can‘t find a description in the online quote thing which matches it (it has had several repairs, before I got it).
- 2007
- Serial number is not recognised by the quote system. Using my other serial number I can’t select any computer from before 2008.
- However this machine works brilliantly, but it is old and the battery is falling out.
Do you reckon I will be able to get any trade in credit from these two to buy a new MacBook?
