Volume too loud on iPad pro Gen 2             HELLO!

iPad Pro 256 11.3 each time I recieve a call from a Skype user the volume is automatic turned on full 11/10 on all four speakers. I have turned the volume down as low as possible but it will not turn lower than one notch and is still at full volume ON ALL FOUR SPEAKERS! ***. These loud calls are on Skype but I presume the problem might happen if I receive a FaceTime call. ***. I do not get the problem with Browser volume or with YouTube volume, this might be a Microsoft problem as they have messed up Skype since buying it. FaceTime is better because it is encrypted and not recorded.

***. Any ideas out there, this is a serious problem. *** Now I will just leave it turned off and have retrieved my old iPhone 4s from the top drawer to await an answer from some saviour. ***
