Question: Apple Store


I have a iPhone SE with operating system "iOS 11.3" and recently I had problems with the App Store. Precisely with payments. This morning i paid 24,50 CHF and i could finally update my apps. But then it came the problem. It appeared a pop up that tell my i didn't pay the arrears, even if my money has been moved. So now i don't know what i have to do. Can somebody help me please?

I went even to the department "Report a problem", but I couldn't do anything, because it was a block of payments all together.
