Question: iTunes - Sync Session Failed to Finish

Hey guys,

I have been receiving this error on my iTunes 12.7.3 (since 12.7.4 is facing some photo syncing issues). I can't complete a sync for my iPad Po 10.5 (running on iOS 11.3) as it keeps giving me the "sync session failed to finish" error. I have reformatted my iPad once and it managed to complete the sync for 2 separate cycles. But once again, the error pops up and I have no idea how to resolve this. I even uninstalled and reinstalled iTunes to which it didn't work either.

I also noticed that at one point of time, my iPad was charging via PC whenever I plugged it in but as of late, it indicated as "Not Charging". Could this be a reason? Just spitballing here since I got no clue.
