How can I get a refund after I clicked purchase for a movie?
I thought it was a rental. When I reported the problem, a message popped up stating it was not eligible for refund. How can I get this money back since I didn't download or watch?

In principle all completed sales are final. Use the https://reportaproblem.apple.com/ site or your links in the account history in iTunes to make a request, explaining your error. Refunds are at the discretion of the iTunes Store.
