Will it be cheaper for me to get my phone screen fixed even though i don’t have Apple care but still have my one year warranty?

If you have purchased AppleCare Plus for your iPhone you get your warranty extended to 2 years and two instances of accidental damage for a lower cost deductible (as shown in the link you looked at). If you have the standard AppleCare one year warranty that came with your iPhone accidental damage is not covered and there is no lower price.

Cheaper than what? The cost of an screen replacement for a broken screen is the same whether your in warranty or not. The only thing that makes a difference is AppleCare.
