Log in the itunes

I have a problem when I try to log in to update on itunes. It doesn’t ask me for my finger ID like so far, it asks for password which consequently it says is not correct. Also it wants to sign in to unknown ID: t9q2791**@icloud.com

I don’t know where did this email come fromphpto
