How do I remotely backup my iPhone

My iPhone cracked and the touchscreen no longer works does anybody know how to remotely backup all of my photos and my contacts?

Sorry but there isn't any way to do that remotely. If, by any chance you had iCloud Contacts turned on and/or iCloud Photo Library turned on while the phone was still working, those sync automatically after every change. You can use a computer and log in to www.icloud.com and look at the Contacts and Photos apps to see if yours are there.


If you didn't have those options turned on, the other possibility is that iCloud Backup was on. If so your phone would backup automatically while it was charging if connected to wi-fi. You cannot view the contents of an iCloud backup but can use it to setup a new device. See: iCloud: Restore or set up your iOS device from iCloud
