How do I add other devices that are on my account to find my device
I have 1 more IOS IPHONE 8 device on my account that are not showing in find my phone

You add devices to the device list for a specific account by signing in to that account for iCloud on the device.
Make sure the iPhone 8 is using the same Apple ID for iCloud as your other devices, and make sure Find my iPhone is turned on in Settings->Account(top of settings)->iCloud.
