Hi all,
when starting some programms my mac often throws the error message "diese App ist für Deinen Mac nicht optimiert" "this app is not optimized for your mac". But the program starts regular, and is running stable.
So what will this ugly and annoying message say?

your Mac, running macOS 10.13.x, is telling you that you've obviously tried to open a 32-bit app for the first time since you've updated your OS.
Take a look in 32-bit app compatibility with macOS High Sierra 10.13.4 - Apple Support.

Click on About This Mac, click System Report, go down to Software and click Applications click once on the 64 bit column header and the apps listed at the top with 'NO' are your 32 bit apps.
Run etrecheck, it will tell you which apps are 32 bit.
You can also open up System Information, Software > Applications. The list has a column to indicate 64-bit status. You can click on the column header to sort by that status.

That is just a warning that the software may not work properly in the future. I would tell you more if I could, but Apple isn't telling anyone what this means. Check back in the second week of June, after the big Apple WWDC developer conference. Maybe we will know more at that time.

Meanwhile i myself found that the affected programms are 32 bit.
Unfortunately this message seems to pop up only once, and i dont remember which programms all have thrown them.
So it will get difficulty to make a "to-do-64-bit" list to replace all old 32 bit programms before apple switches to 64bit-only.
Is there a "rest switch" for this messsage, so that osx will show them a second - third - fourth ... time?
