Ipad Mini stuck on activation lock

Hi,

I have this Ipad Mini first gen. that is stuck on activation lock since upgrade to 9.3.5.

I tried to login with my current Apple ID but it says its not the correct ID.

However, I can still see this device in my icloud but its not showing in the 'Find My Iphone'.

How can I activate this device?

If I remove this device from my ICOULD, can I reactivate it with same or different apple ID?
