How long does it take to repair Beats Solo3 Wireless headphones?

I sent in my Beats headphones to a Authorized Apple Service Provider (Lapin Systems) on April 14, and they sent the device to Apple three days later. The guy said that he didn't know how long the repair could take, but he guessed around a week for sure. It has now been over a week, and I checked online and they haven't even touched my headphones yet. Does anyone know how long this should take? I mean, I had my MacBook Pro repaired for an internal defect and that took two days tops. I don't know whats so different about headphones.
