iCloud for PC - I have the iCloud drive folder with folders but no documents. Why?

I have just downloaded iCloud for my PC to access my files from Mac that are saved on iCloud. I go to the folder:

> iCloud drive

I click through and I see my folders (although not 100% of them), but when I click into the folders themselves, I do not have any documents. It says: "This folder is empty".

Also, why are not 100% of my folders from iCloud synced on my PC?

null-OTHER, iCloud

Are you sure it's finished syncing, iCloud Drive can be 100's of GB, some instances may take days to complete the first sync.
