Will apple insurance replace lost earphones?
I’ve lost my earphones for my iPhone 8 and I have the Apple insurance policy and wondered if replacing these earphones would come under the policy?

Apple does not sell insurance. EarPods loss is not covered under anything from Apple. You would have to purchase new ones.
What you get from Apple is warranty for manufacturing defects.
