I can’t buy the in-app purchase

I can’t buy the in-app purchase. It said” was declined” and “ iTunes Store unable to process purchases at this time.”

Hi,

Make sure you are using an accepted form of payment > Payment methods that you can use in the iTunes Store, App Store, and iBooks Store - Apple Support
