Has anyone verified why JCB credit cards are saved on brand new out the box freshly unwrapped iPhone 8s yet?

Ive found two JCB banking companies online. JCB (Jackson county Banking ) that’s actually US based and ceritifiably trusted and there is a Japanese JCB bank/credit company. I’m nearly 100% sure that it is NOT the Jackson County Bank responsible for the suspicious credit card in question. Japanese JCB international has offices in Los Angeles where iPhones are made....seems kinda odd. I have verified that the card # saved (not by my persons) to my 8+ is a valid card number. As posted above ppl have contacted JCB whom had no clue what or why people were calling about cards that don’t exist. Apple ? Explanation? Ignoring all these questions is exceptionally concerning as it seems there has been or could be the potential for identity theft and or hacking. I’ve found excessive amount of cases with the same problem. I have 2 iPhone 8+ both bought in December of 2017 only one had the credit Card in question saved to it. Again adds to the suspicio and probability of illegal activity going. Going to my ATT service provider tomorrow to have them check other 8s for same issues and if they have an explanation and we all know ATT will say they don’t do with the phones but sell them and activate Them for use. I hope we can work together to resolve this issue, however if we can’t find a reason that this issue exist and why it’s only on certain iphones I will unfortunately have to contact the Better Business Bureau as well as Federal Trade Comission. Work with us not against us. This is only issue I have with Apple iPhone and this is a very concerning issue considering all the personal information that can be accessed through iPhones. Meaning if a credit card was already saved to the phone then someknows all the info they would need to hack the phone to steal information.
