Apple Id in iPad mini different from apple id in my Apple.com account
I subscribed to an internet service provider for an iPad mini. The account representative set up my iPad but I forgot to write down the apple id and password. When I used the ipad for the first time I got confused and used the wrong id and password so the ipad got disabled. I was advised by the internet service provider to access support.apple.com and followed the instructions. I searched for the apple id and got a different one from what was used to set up the iPad. I reset the password. When I used the new apple id and password to start the iPad it was not accepted. The message says it is the incorrect apple id. What do I do?
