I can't update Google Chrome on my Macbook Air.

Hello,

I have been trying to get to certain websites on my MacBook Air. Since my Google Chrome is out of date, I can't get to the sites. When I try to update Google Chrome it says it doesn't support 10.6-10.9. Any way around this? How can I update my Chrome?

Thanks.

Hey

I had the same problem. Thing is:

Apple has updates and upgrades. Upgrade is a STEP UP, while updates are mostly FINE TUNING.

Most sites on the web, to upgrades and updates, from Yahoo, Apple, Windows; almost everybody; really Everybodyon the web that is big.

Now you are running on a slower version of your OS. and can't keep up with Chrome, who kept on evulving and is 4 years later than your operating system on your computer.

So you have 2 choices:

1-you upgrades your OS to High Sierra, and poof, Chrome will ask permission to 58updates.. hahaha, but true. And both will run at 2018 levels.

2- you don't upgrade your computer or switch to Yahoo, Hotmail, Safari or another server. The danger is that you will surf the web with software/ spyware namely security levels that are 4 years old. Soif a new web parasites comes up, you will be more vulnerable.

Myself, i have 2 computers, one with old OS. the other up to date to the max.
