If I cancel my Apple Music subscribtion the same day i get It, would i still be charged?

You started a subscription, have been charged for the first month, and have cancelled the automatic renewal at the end of that month. Contact iTunes Store support about the possibility of a refund for the service you haven't used.

In that case I suspect you were no longer eligible for the free trial and have been charged for 1 month.

If you haven't already used your one time three month free trial then you will have access to Apple Music for three months, but you won't be charged. See About payment card authorization holds in the iTunes Store - Apple Support. There might be a temporary authorization hold on your payment method for the amount of the subscription.
