How do I uninstall Zoom Diagnostics?
I did not install Zoom Diagnostics, the person from MacKeeper did, I now realize I need to uninstall both. However I am unable to uninstall Zoom, has anyone found a way to remove it from your Mac?

Basics for Uninstalling Software
Most OS X applications are completely self-contained "packages" that can be uninstalled by simply dragging the application to the Trash. Applications may create preference files that are stored in the /Home/Library/Preferences/ folder. Although they do nothing once you delete the associated application, they do take up some disk space. If you want you can look for them at the above location and delete them, too.
Some applications may install an uninstaller program that can be used to remove the application. If you cannot find the uninstaller then you could download the freeware, Easy Find, to locate files that need to be removed. The places you need to search include:
Some applications install a receipt in the /Library/Receipts/ folder. Usually with the same name as the program or the developer. The item generally has a ".pkg" extension. Be sure you also delete this item as some programs use it to determine if it's already installed.

It is a 2015 MacBook Pro, operating Sierra version 10.12.6
Sorry I did not realize that I was not being so difficult. I restarted, that seemed to have helped, it allowed me to at least move the app to trash, where I immediately deleted it. I will now continue with the other instructions. I greatly appreciate all of your help and time. Thank you.
What happens when you try putting it in the Trash. Please provide complete and descriptive replies.

When I attempt to drag the app to the trash, it doesn't work. It seems that I am unable to put it in the trash. So I am not sure where to even begin.
That should have said "being so difficult."
