my iphone 4s is dsabled

how do i get into my phone. i can only use my phone for emergencies purposes.

I am getting a disable message and that I should connect to itunes

Connect the phone to your computer's iTunes, that should let you reset the phone and restore/resync your content to it.

Disabled device : If you forgot the passcode for your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, or your device is disabled
