how can I disable the emergency call feature on an iphone 6
a caller is blocked but still reaches my iphone 6 by using the emergency call feature. How can I disable this emergency call feature?

There are two possibilities. First, go to that person's contact and see if you have Emergency Bypass selected.
- Launch Contacts.
- Tap the contact you want and then tap Edit.
- Tap Ringtone (or tap Text Tone if you want texts to go through).
- Set the Emergency Bypass toggle to Off.
Also, check Settings>Do Not Disturb>Repeated Calls and turn it off.
