Is there no way to disable downloading of images by people when viewing a shared album via a public link?

Creating a shared album in icloud allows you to create a public link to share with anyone rather than having to individually invite people. When accessing the shared album via the link, you can click an image or video to see it larger and options appear for slideshow, download and full screen. I'd like to be able to disable the download option. I don't want anyone to download my photos. Seems like an obvious thing, but I find nothing talking about this.

The primary design for iCloud Photo Sharing is that you are sharing with those who you are ok to download full resolution photos. Family and friends. All of iCloud's sharing features are like minded.

If you need to limit downloads or download size, you may need another sharing product.
