This Apple ID has been locked for security reasons CASE#6349

Recently i recieved this email on my spam folder, it says that my account is locked for security reasons and have a link that take me to a page to confirm my identity and ask me to send a picture of my id document and credit card. The page address is https://service.apple.com-manage.update-billingaccount.com/verify.php?, it seems to me extrange because i have a free account and the are asking me for a pay information. Is this a fake email?

Does not look authentic to me, because Apple would not lock for security reasons and also

ask for your identification. If you didn't have current bank card info and address to match

your service address (region) you'd enter that direct into your account after you login.

https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204759

No legitimate Apple would request that in an email. Do check direct with Apple on this matter.

Do not take the word of some prospectors using what seems to be Faked requests.

Scam.

If you wish, you may forward that email as an attachment to

reportphishing@apple.com

and then delete it.
