After I updated my iPhone 7 from iOS 10.3.3 to 11.3.1, I faced with heavy battery drain.
I updated most of the apps and also restart the iphone two times but the problem still exists.
The battery health shows 85% maximum capacity as well as supporting the normal peak performance capacity.

It's normal for the battery to drain at a slightly higher than normal rate for the first few hours after a system update as several database indices need to be rebuilt.
If you are still seeing heavy drain after about a day of operation, check your Battery tab for any app that may be using more power than usual.

This sounds like Instagram has a problem in their app that unfortunately they will need to solve.
Your best bet is to launch the app and report the issue to them here:

I checked the battery and it shows that instagram is using about 50%. In comparison to about a week ago, I think its not normal. Indeed I can see the battery percentage indicator falling as I use instagram !
I deleted the app and installed it again. But it didn’t help.
Is there any way to solve the problem ?
