Why my order has been cancelled by apple?

Hi apple Malaysia, i ordered iphone se at apple shop for third time and has been cancel by apple. Before this, apple said my payment authorization failed and need to contact the bank . For the third order, i called bank first , they said i can buy online and nothing to be worried and im free to make online purchase . But for the third payment, also got rejected by apple
