i have tried to reset it via itunes but couldn't get connected, please help anyone?

Read these support guides:

If iTunes doesn't recognize your iPhone, iPad, or iPod - Apple Support

or

If you forgot the passcode for your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, or your device is disabled - Apple Support

If the issue still persists, contact Apple Support (top-right of this page).
