Is this possible to do? we are an insurance company and need to play a message before answering our calls i.e to let clients know we are regulated by the FCA and that calls are recorded for training and monitoring.
The only message that the iPhone will play is the one for voicemail. There is no pre-answer to the phone, unless your cellular provider has such as service. You would have to ask them. There are no settings to configure such a thing on the iPhone.
