How can I remove Health app on iPhone?

Dont use the app, never have, but its hogging up storage I’m running short of on my device. Iphone11.2.6.

This provides information on how to remove built-in apps, that are removable. Remove built-in Apple apps from the Home screen on your iOS 10 device or Apple Watch - Apple Support However, the Health app is not removable. I would guess that is because it is connected to the Emergency information and Medical ID which is available when the device is locked for emergency purposes.
