when i go to the apple app on my ipad and go to update i get a notice that my apple id has been disabled how do i fix this? i have already reset my password

If your Apple ID is disabled for security reasons see: If your Apple ID is locked or disabled - Apple Support

If it is not for security reasons, contact: Contact Apple Support
