Apple ID verification

I’m having a nightmare with my Apple ID. My iPhone is asking for ID verification but when I try to put in my password I get a message saying account locked for security reasons And to reset password. I’ve reset my password around 4 times over the last 4 days but still can’t get in. Just keep getting the same message !!


also to add to the confusion. I think my phone is linked with two Apple ids. One which was set up with our family Mac and my own which I set up when I brought an iPhone


any ideas what I can do? Totally confused and frustrated with it all
