Apple Watch 3 LTE+GPS with Strava

Is it uploading running or workout data from Apple Watch 3 LTE+GPS to Strava ?

Especially heart rate records and GPS track.

Can Watch Series 6 (GPS) synchronize data to iPhone, when back on Wi-Fi? I have exercised with Watch Series 6 GPS without my iPhone nearby and out of Wi-Fi reach. I used the Training app on the Watch. When I got back and within iPhone and Wi-Fi reach, I expected my Training data on my Watch to synchronize with my iPhone, so I could see the data in the iPhone Fitness app (and Health app). But that didn't happen... Am I doing something wrong, or is it simply not possible? Thanks in advance for any help :-D

Apple Watch 6: do I need LTE to GPS track fitness activities without my phone? Do I need a watch with LTE to fitness track with GPS if not carrying my phone? I don’t care about receiving calls or messages or getting internet content without my phone. I would like to run without carrying my phone and have GPS tracking on Strava and apps like that. Also can the phone store podcasts and/or music for offline listening? Will I miss any key features without LTE besides the ability to get calls, messages and internet content if my phone isn’t in my pocket? thanks
