I accidentally deleted my email that I used through my Apple ID, iCloud, etc.

So I happened to delete the email I have been using for my Apple ID and iCloud, I can't get it back but it is still being used for my Apple ID and iCloud but now because it's deleted and I am having trouble changing it to a new email. I changed my Apple ID to my new email and updated the password but I can't sign into things like iTunes because it asks for my old Apple ID and I tried everything like signing in with my old one, my new one, and none of it works. I also am not sure if or how I can change the email I'm using through iCloud, I am not so sure how it works with other things like Apple IDs.

Basically, I need to know how to make sure I can sign into everything (Apple ID and iCloud) with my new email by successfully changing those accounts from my old deleted email.

Please follow the steps of this article After you change your password

Update your Apple ID and password on your iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, Mac, and PC.

iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch

If you’re using iOS 10.3 or later, go to Settings > [your name] > iTunes & App Store. If you’re using iOS 10.2 or earlier, go to Settings > iTunes & App Store.

  • If you're signed out, enter your updated Apple ID and password.
  • If you're signed in with your previous Apple ID, tap your Apple ID, then tap Sign Out. Then enter your updated Apple ID and password.

Mac with OS X Mountain Lion or later, or Windows PC

  2. Click User uploaded file, then click User uploaded file Account.
  3. In the Account Settings section, click "Update your Apple ID sign-in."
