My card is valid but my iTunes account won’t accept my card. Making it impossible for me to download new apps

I have a univerity bank card and it is activated and valid. I can use this card literally everywhere I go. But for some reason my iTunes account won’t accept my card. What can I do to fix it so I can download much needed appsUser uploaded fileUser uploaded file

Contact iTunes - Official Apple Support and ask for assistance. This is a user to user support forum, no one here can access your account to see what the issue it. You check with your bank in case they are blocking payments from their end.
