I play the Game (level 31) but i want to start playing from the beginning. So i erased it but when i do the new download i play it not from the beginning doe from the same level where i stopped. Any help is welcome
Have you already tried to go to Settings>General>Iphone free Storage... then scroll down to that app, tap on it, and choose to delete that app, then download it again? sometimes it helps.

I would contact the manufactorer's support team and ask them what's the best procedure (if available).

Sorry about that.
Check also if you have restrictions enabled: Settings>General>Restrictions>Delete App.
If the issue still persists, as suggested in my previous post, I would contact the manufactorer's support team and ask them. Please keep me informed.

So,i’ve checked other Apps and the same thing happens with them too. Erasing them, account name and password stay saved just like all the data. I thank that that is nit normal or am i thinking wrong??
I have tried but without succes. Is that possible too that i can’t erase it?
