when will j5 create adapters be supported by latest os

Have new MacBook Pro and bought J5 create JCD382 multi-port adapter for USB-C ports and the adapter is not recognized and J5 Create reports that latest Mac OS does not yet support it. Any idea when this issue will be resolved.

MacBook Pro, macOS High Sierra (10.13.4)

I agree with Kappy this is not Apple responsibility. It's J5create's responsibility to supply working drivers/software for their device.

From what it looks like J5 is trying to resolve the issue and has been in contact with Apple. The below is from J5's website:

We are aware that the macOS 10.13.4 update is temporarily not supported on the j5 USB display adapters.

We have alerted Apple to this issue and are working hard to find a solution. If you require mirror or extended mode displays, we recommend that you stay on macOS 10.13.3 or earlier at this time.

We thank you for your patience and will provide an update on this situation, as soon as we have further information to share.
