Update ios 7.1.2 to ios 9 r 10 in iphone 4
Please give me any information about ios 7. 1.2 to next update. In settings phone update it says your phone is up to date.
Incorrect. A 4 can only go 7.1.2. iOS8 is not available for any phone now.

You can only update to iOS 8, you phone doesn't support anything later.
Then how to update please give information
On model 4, you can't install iOS versions beyond 7.1.2.
On Model 4s, you can't install iOS versions beyond 9.3.5.
