This iPhone was not able to download ### full resolution photos and videos... How do I force download these files?

It has been more than 6 hours and the number still hasn’t changed. Help

download issue to pc i had this same issue with my iphone7, now it's doing the same thing with new iphone11. i plug in usb to pc to download photos (clean off phone so icloud backs up again), and i get annoying allow/don't allow screen that pops up every second or split second (not long enough for me to allow and then proceed to download). any suggestions? it's so maddening.

Error as high resolution photos will be deleted but i have enough storage in my phone, how to download it? I have done what you've said but then it says remove from iphone. I dont want to delete the photos. What should i do? Help me please
