MC238LL/A mac mini power adapter:

Which power adapter is most suitable?

I found two power adapters for my <Late 2009 - MC238LL/A - Macmini3,1 - A1283 - 2336> online; either A1114 or A1188 model #s. Looks like the difference is Output Current. A1114=4.6A & A1188=6A. Is one more suitable than the other for my model mini mac?

Some of the earlier Mac Mini models may have used the 4.6Amp power supply, but it looks like the Early and Late 2009 Mac Mini power supplies were 6.0Amp.

If possible check the original rating of your existing power supply, it should be readable with the help of a light and magnifier.
