How do I recover a draft of an email I accidentally erased from Apple Mail?

If I had at anytime used Mail to Trash the Draft I would have a copy of my Draft in the Trash folder. However Spark bypasses the Trash and Deletes the Draft instead.

I sometimes use the Spark mail app instead of Mail and this is the cause of my situation. As opposed to the mail app which either saves current draft or "Deletes Changes," when composing a draft in Spark, when I cancel a draft Sparks choices are to either "Save Daft" or "Delete Draft." As an educator I'm aware of i difficulty that can occur when operating in two different systems, particularly when both systems do things the sane way, with a subtle difference. In my case it turns out not to be a good idea to use both Mail and Spark,

since in MAIL

tapping cancel yields the choices 1- "Delete CHANGES" 2- "Save Draft,"

and in SPARK tapping cancel (or "X") yields the choices 1- "Minimize" 2- "Save Draft" 3- "Delete DRAFT."

Therefore when working under pressure of a deadline, and my mind sudden wondered from working on a crucial draft to attend to some other sudden crucial matter, and momentially forgetting which app I was wirking in, I instinctively hit what I thought was going to be Cancel-Delete CHANGES in Mail, when what I actually did was hit Cancel-Delete DRAFT. Unfortunately, though in MAIL I had tapped Save Draft multiple times, when I switched to Spark and hit Delete DRAFT when I had expected the choice to be Delete CHANGES, my fate was sealed.
