clash royale conflicts

I am unable to update clash Royale and App Store has been removed. I also can not remove the app from my iPad?

iPad Wi-Fi + Cellular, iOS 11.0.3, Not working with clash Royale.

Check Settings > General > Restrictions to see if you've hidden the App Store app ('Installing Apps' set 'off') and blocked the deleting of apps ('Deleting Apps')
