Apps are not a tab in iTunes anymore?

I read that I can no longer download and update my apps in iTunes, that I need an application specifically called App Store. I'm using a PC. Where do I get the App Store for my PC? I have already been to Microsoft Apps and I get sent to the iTunes download, which I already have. Please help! I also checked my preferences in iTunes. I was told that I could make a change in there to have it show up again, but I didn't see that option.

Since the release of iTunes 12.7, apps are no longer managed through iTunes. See: Changes in the new iTunes - Apple Support

The App Store app is an app that is built in on iOS devices. There is not a version of it available for PCs.
