Is there a particular reason why I can’t get any audio when I use screen recording?
The mic is not enabled by default.

Prior to the update to 11.4, I was able to record the screen along with the audio coming from the phone. Now you have to activate the microphone, and that’s not the same thing. I’m not trying to record me talking or anyone around me talking.
Due to copyright issues you are no longer allowed to record audio from the Music app. It will automatically pause.
Can this not be a thing? If you have music you bought, you should be able to record it
Lost the ability to record sound with IOS 11.4.1 update. Worked fine until the update.
