No, it's not normal, vishdeep.
I would try to install a fresh copy of your iOS.
To perform this operation, make a full backup of your iPhone's content, then restore it to factory settings, and at the end, set it up as new. Follow this support guide:
Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod to factory settings - Apple Support
When done, check the system storage, before restoring your data.
Then you can restore form your previously made backup, and check again.

I thinks it's normal. iOS and built-in apps need 10-15GB of storage.

10-15 GB is ok but not 110 GB that whats showing i my iPhone!!

Well, you could have apps, data, pictures and media.
