Cursor no function

I am using MacBook Pro (17-inch, Early 2011), Processor : 2.3 GHz Intel Core i7, Memory : 4 GB 1333 MHz DDR3.

MacOS : 10.13.4

Under 10.9.5, I can use my Trackpad to move my cursor to the red cross button and click one click to close a window. But under 10.13.4, I can not do that, I have to move my cursor to the red cross button and press the Trackpad hard to close the window. This apply to all other button, event the website I browse using Firefox.

Is there any solution to fix this cursor problem?
