key flicks

Please tell me a way to turn off the super annoying ’key flick‘ on the iPad keyboard.

using iPad Pro with iOS 11

On screen keyboard popping up When I use my external keyboard for my iPad the screen keyboard pops up momentarily with every key stroke. This is causing constant typos and highly obnoxious. How do I stop this. Started with new update.

sticky keys I have am trying to remove the sticky keys icon in the corner of my ipad. I am trying to remove that but their is no "sticky keys" option under keyboard in settings. How do I remove the icon without that option and why is it not appearing in the settings?

Settings App, General, Keyboard, disable key flicks.
