My Iphone 5 exploded and caught fire

hi just want to inform you that my Iphone 5 exploded and caught fire while charging. Good thing it was not near a combustible material or else our house would be in ashes. Good thing also that my daughter and I was just nearby to pull the Iphone charger out of the plug and quickly stop the fire. Im from the philippines . where would i report this? and Just want to know if i can still retrieve my pics.
